What modes are available on Relair units?
The unit has four modes: Cooling, Heating, Fan & Dry mode. Learn more here
How will the unit be installed?
There won’t be a better installer than the makers of the product, this is why we offer installation on our products. We do require a site survey but not to worry as this can be done via video call. The unit can also be fitted by yourself following the manual available.
How do I control the unit remotely?
The air conditioner can be controlled with the remote control. Two AAA-batteries are required. You can also use the Smart Life app which can be connected to your unit to control from your phone. Download the Smart Life app from your phones appstore.
Can the unit extract moisture from the air?
Dry mode will extract moisture from the air, which will be drained outside using the installed drain pipe. The fan speed cannot be adjusted in dry mode.
Can I set a timer on the unit?
Yes you can, timers can be added on the remote control or from the Smart Life app.
